Another great indoor bike by Livestrong is the Livestrong E-Series Indoor Cycling Bike. This bike is one of the many indoor bikes intended for commercial purposes but is great for home use as well. The bike provides continuous service of up to 6 hours daily and has a steel frame coated with polyester and zinc oxide coating to ensure that this unit will last virtually a lifetime.

The Livestrong E-Series Indoor Cycling Bike comes with great workout features such as a cantilevered brake resistance system, 40lb Flywheel, dual sided clip in pedals which is Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) compatible, fore/aft seat adjustments, a handy water bottle holder and can accommodate more than a user weight of 290 lbs.

Other features of the Livestrong E-Series Indoor Cycling Bike are its unisex sports saddle and its Kevlar (Multi-ribbon v-belt) belt system, which are included to allow for multiple user use and to withstand even the toughest of use.
