The Livestrong R1XLS is fairly easy to assemble. It was created for commercial use and thus is meant to be durable and long lasting. It sports a heavy duty commercial frame and a user capacity of up to 400 lbs. It has an electronic JID hybrid generator and can be used daily for up to 6 hours of continuous use a day.

The Livestrong R1XLS bike has an integrated 13 program workout options where you can select the best workout you need for your specific health needs or for targeting those hard-to-target muscles and with 20 levels of resistance to select, every muscle group in the body can be targeted and developed.

The Livestrong R1XLS bike has other cool and convenient features such as Quick zip pedal straps, Ergo foam seat and back pad and 25 seat positions, 7" blue backlit LCD display and Pulse hand grips and Telemetric to monitor your heart rate and workout progress and others and on-the-fly program change; all these to give a great and comfortable workout experience.
